At the centre of Hypertrust stands two questions: What happens when we blindly trust the systems around us? And what happens when that trust is abused?
The documentary follows director Thyr Björnson’s journey to try and answer these questions through his project Error2xx presents Hyperferal.
The core of the project lies in setting up events based on an empty promise and then breaking that promise. This results in a situation filled with uncertainty where undercover actors to guide the audience to a point of critical reflection.
